In Microsoft
Excel, you be able to enter the similar data or text into multiple
cells at one time using the under simple steps.
1. Highlight all
the cells that
you want to have the similar text.
2. Type the text you
want.
3. After typing the
text, in its place of pressing Enter, press Ctrl+Enter.
After
finishing the above steps, the text will automatically be entered keen on all
highlighted cells. This tip be able to be very helpful any time you have data
that has the similar prefix and just need to add impressive to the end of every
cell.
For
example, the on top of steps were done to enter "computer hope" in
all the highlighted cells, as given away in the picture. one time completed, I might
press F2 on
a selected cell, go to the finish, and add "1" to create the cell
"computer hope 1". I could stay doing this for every cell to take in
computer hope 1 through 16.
